1. GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are shipped in the order received after payment has been completed. Orders are shipped 2 - 4 business days after payment is received. We will give you prompt notification if there are any delays or issues with shipping.

2. SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via Hong Kong and it generally takes 7 - 28 business days for delivery. Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Shipping charges include shipping cost and packaging costs.

3. IMPORTANT
Once the order is shipped we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen mail. Insurance is available at an additional cost so contact us if you're interested in adding insurance to your order.

4. CUSTOMS FEES
The buyer is responsible for any customs fees and applicable taxes outside of China.

5. SHIPPING ADDRESS
